It’s an exciting day at Trekbin! I’m extremely proud to announce that Salesforce MVP Becky Webster has joined the Trekbin family to serve in the newly created role of Vice President, Client Success.
Becky has a long and impressive tenure in the Salesforce ecosystem. She’s held key roles at multiple Salesforce partners, has run her own Salesforce consulting business, and has held the title of Salesforce MVP since 2012. She brings her know-how to Trekbin to help evolve our operational processes and ensure our clients experience exceptional results from using Trekbin services.
The Salesforce ecosystem is continuing to undergo rapid expansion, and high quality Salesforce consulting and technical resources are in extremely high demand. Trekbin is helping Salesforce partners and customers get more out of the team they already have, allowing them to take on more challenges in a scalable way without adding headcount to their payroll. Trekbin works with many of our clients on an ongoing basis, so we think about our business in a very similar way to how Salesforce thinks of their business. Customers can leave at any time if they aren’t getting optimal results, so the success of Trekbin is very much dependent on ensuring our clients are as successful as possible. This is why the VP, Client Success role was created.
From Becky: “After working with Trekbin over the past year as a partner, I couldn’t be more excited to officially join the team as the new VP of Client Success! My vision for all of our clients is to become an integrated and trusted member of their teams, consistently delivering more efficient scale and growth. My goal is simple: I want each of our partners and clients to feel confident that their business climbs higher every day, and I will be personally responsible for ensuring all of our customers get the most out of our service offerings.”
Becky joins the team starting immediately to help fuel Trekbin’s 2016 growth along with the growth of our partner companies, who include marquis brands such as Silverline, 7Summits, Appirio, Cloud for Good, Endiem, Talent Rover, and many others.
