Lead generation is not database generation and Emma knew it. Just as important as lead collection, is lead routing . Arriving at an ecient and eective process to allocate – to the most suitable resource available, was a challenge.

Trekbin created a lead routing system using salesforce and based it on best practices. This boosted conversion rate remarkably, since there was no time delay from a lead coming in to attending them. It also gave Emma the opportunity to monitor each team member’s approach and treatment to an assigned lead.
