We all have something that can empower the other. The keyword is knowledge of that something.
After extensive training of 10 Adya Graduates for 2 months by 23 trainers, and 86 contributors (Salesforce domain experts in Trekbin), we have reached to a point where our wonderful superwomen have nailed this training schedule along with fulfilling their day to day responsibilities.
We would love to share feedbacks of the program to world shared by Adya Graduates:
Adya Training – It was well planned and also got executed as per the plan. Training covered most of the important topics. All the trainers are very good, knowledgeable and helpful. Special thanks to Trekkers for wild card entry for App Exchange training.
I have learned so much from this training. This program has taught me totally a new skill that will definitely add value to my profile. I appreciate the passion, care and patience the Team demonstrated all throughout the sessions. So kudos to the Team!!!
Empowering Women: “The question isn’t who’s going to let me; it’s who’s going to stop me.” — Ayn Rand
Adya program is best opportunity for someone like me who thought her career was finished. But with Adya, one can start a new and bigger journey. Being part of Adya is a wonderful experience for me. It is highly recommended for housewives who are seeking career in Salesforce. Mentors were the backbone of program with their quick responsiveness, they always to came to our rescue whenever we stuck.
Our all Adya Graduates have completed Trailhead based assignments which helped them to learn with fun. They used to get happy after each badge just like a small kid completing each stage in a game or winning a candy!
Going through the Trailhead made learning even easier as it was very extensive and explained in simple language. And also we could assess our knowledge by taking the challenges at the end of trails. It was exciting and encouraging to see the badges and points increasing day by day.
Salesforce Community – Communities are a great way to share information and collaborate with people across the globe. Many Salesforce Customer, Partners and MVPs appreciated Adya program and few of them so excited that they took a time from their schedule to interact and motivate our Adya Graduates.
Thanks to Sarah Deutsch (MVP), she took a motivational session for Adya Graduates. Their energy level boosted by double. One of Graduate mentioned – After listening to Sarah’s story I can say I will learn with whatever difficulties come in my way!
I am very much fascinated with community , the way it works, everyone being so prompt and connected. We get response to our questions on Success community very fast.
Having a past experience of 11 years in the IT field which includes 6 years in project management across different technologies like .Net, PHP and Ruby, the thing that intrigued me in Salesforce is the ease of implementation, seamless faster integration on objects which usually takes days to complete using other technologies
Finally, we would like to thank all our above heroes for their kind words and support because Adya is all about women empowerment and without them Adya would have never existed. Lastly, it’s never the end, it’s just the beginning of new journey. Stay together with us to know what the new beginning for our Adya graduates.
